Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty Against Theft or Failure:
KLM Innovations, as the supplier, warrants the following Spin-Caps Locking Valve Stem Caps: solid brass Chromies and billet aluminum/Delrin® Two-Tone caps, against theft; in addition, KLM Innovations warrants all its Spin-Caps keys to be free from defects in material or workmanship affecting its function in normal use and service, for as long as you own them, herein referred to as the lifetime warranty.
This lifetime warranty includes the following Spin-Caps components: all chrome plated solid brass caps and billet aluminum/Delrin® Two-Tone caps and/or its keys purchased as part of the set. The above lifetime warranty, however, excludes all caps manufactured entirely from billet aluminum and/or its keys.
KLM Innovations liability under this lifetime warranty is limited to the replacement of any stolen caps, or the repair and/or replacement of defective part(s) when returned. Products no longer in production will be replaced with an equivalent item of equal or lesser value.
KLM Innovations at its sole discretion reserves the right to refund the original purchased price in lieu of any repairs or replacement of parts.
This lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of mechanical components, misuse or vandalism, and under no circumstances will any repairs and/or replacements be issued for part(s) showing signs of the above.
This lifetime warranty covers the original purchaser and/or (gift) recipient only and is nontransferable.
Claims against theft must be submitted as follows: customer is required to return all keys that were purchased with the set of caps postage paid, KLM Innovations will ship the replaced parts back at no cost to the customer, i.e. if you purchased the set of caps with two keys, you must return both keys with the claim. Notify us of your intent to place a claim against theft, in the e-mail please explain the reason for the claim, we will need your full name, address (that matches the one you placed the original order with) and the approximate date of purchase so we can look up your file. Please do not send in the claim until you receive a confirmation from a representative of KLM Innovations, we will notify you a.s.a.p., usually within 24-hours, we will also confirm the number of keys that must be returned with the claim. If you are not in possession of all the keys that originally came with the set of caps, KLM Innovations cannot be held responsible for theft, and the above warranty against theft is null and void.
Defective part(s) must be returned to KLM Innovations (see address below) postage paid, KLM Innovations will ship the repaired or replaced parts back at no cost to the customer.
For all shipments outside the U.S. the purchaser and/or recipient is responsible for any and all taxes, duties, customs, fees, etc., above and beyond the cost of shipping back to the customer.
Recommendations: When returning a defective part for repair or replacement, include all the keys that came with the set, so we can make sure that the existing keys fit any new replacement caps; otherwise, we cannot guarantee a proper fit. If filing a claim against theft or failure, remove any remaining caps from the vehicle prior to shipping the keys back to KLM Innovations. Make sure to package the parts securely, and use a method of tracking, the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is the most cost effective way and can be checked online; KLM Innovations is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit back to our facility, insuring the shipment is recommended.

Please note that returns must be returned within 30-days. All products must be in their original condition. No damaged products will be accepted.
All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and deducted from the refund. This fee is waived if returning items shipped incorrectly, i.e. wrong style or color, by KLM Innovations. All claims of incorrect shipments on our part are verified and checked against the original order before waiving this fee.
The above warranties apply only to those products purchased retail from and shipped by KLM Innovations; and excludes products sold by affiliates, and/or purchased for the sole purpose of resale to third parties!
KLM Innovations obligations under the above stated warranties are granted in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
All warranty claims must follow the guidelines above when requesting any repairs and/or replacements of part(s) and must deal directly with KLM Innovations only. KLM Innovations, as the granter of the above warranties, reserves all rights to make the final decision of any claims validity. Any repairs and/or replacements made to any Spin-Caps products by third party agents without KLM Innovations written permission will null and void the above warranties.
