Policy
We ship entirely with the United States Postal Service, FREE of CHARGE; we usually ship within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery within the United States, and up to 4 weeks for international orders (business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding national holidays). This is only an estimate and not a guarantee of time, and we ask that you allow ample time during peak shipping seasons. Attention: All shipments showing delivered via a Delivery Confirmation are considered complete and final; KLM Innovations is not responsible for missing parcels from the final destination mail receptacle (mail box), it is the responsibility of the customer to report this to their local authorities. Due to the fact that we cannot track international orders via a Delivery Confirmation, KLM Innovations is not responsible for lost items in transit outside the United States; our international customers take full responsibility and cannot hold KLM Innovations liable, it is recommended that the customer contact their local post office and/or customs agency.
Customer takes full responsibility for the use of any products purchased from KLM Innovations, and holds us harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense.
